What Data We Collect

We collect as little as possible, and we are explicit about the difference between data that stays on your device and data you actively send us.

Preferences stored locally on your device

Vardekort Travel Intelligence may ask for your country of residence and passport nationality so we can personalise the safety context and visa information shown to you. This information is stored only in your browser’s local storage. It is never transmitted to a Vardekort server, never attached to outgoing requests, and never shared with any third party. Clearing your browser storage removes it permanently.

Information you send us via the contact form

If you choose to use our contact form, the name, email address, subject and message you submit are transmitted to our server and forwarded to Vardekort so we can reply. We use this information solely to respond to your message and any follow-up correspondence. We do not add it to any marketing list, and we do not share it with third parties.

How We Use It

Your residence and passport selections allow us to tailor travel safety scores, visa requirements, and advisory context to your specific situation. No other purpose.

What We Don't Do

• We do not track your browsing behaviour across sites.
• We do not share your data with third parties.
• We do not serve advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
• We do not build user profiles or sell data.

Data Sources

All travel intelligence is aggregated from publicly available official government travel advisories and trusted independent international datasets. Vardekort does not generate its own advisories.

Cookies

Vardekort uses functional cookies only. These store your preferences (residence, passport, cookie consent) in your browser's local storage. We do not use analytics, advertising, or third-party cookies.
